March is shaping up to be a busy month for PBC Tech as we continue to promote the benefits of hybrid supercapacitors by participating in a number of industry events.
PBC Tech will attend and exhibit at the 8th annual Capture the Energy 2018 Conference on March 14-15, 2018 in Albany, NY at the Albany Capital Center. This event, hosted by NY-BEST, brings together leaders from throughout the energy industry to discuss the important role that advanced batteries and energy storage technologies are playing to make the electric grid and transportation system cleaner and more efficient.
We will have a booth (#105) at this timely conference, which examines the policies and markets influencing the energy storage sector in New York State. There is tremendous excitement around this industry in NY State since Governor Cuomo’s recent announcement of a new energy storage initiative seen as spurring broader growth in the industry in NY.
Towards the end of the month, PBC Tech will be exhibiting and presenting an invited talk at the International Battery Conference in Fort Lauderdale, FL from March 26-29, 2018. PBC Tech’s director of applications and engineering, Mr. Gene Armstrong, will participate in the Hybrid Batteries session. His will talk about how hybrid battery/supercapacitor energy storage systems supply the specialized power demands of small devices. The company will have a booth in the NY pavilion at this exhibition.
Back in New York, we are looking forward to the premier Advanced Energy Conference from March 26 – 28, 2018 where the theme will be: “ The Future of Energy is Here.” Dr. Sudhir Kulkarni, Vice President of Engineering for PBC Tech will participate on a panel discussing advanced manufacturing techniques for energy storage technologies.
Please join us at any of these events or contact us directly if you are interested in exploring the benefits of hybrid supercapacitor technology to maintain high performance and availability with reliable backup power in your server or portable industrial or medical products.
